Terms of Use

Our platform provides access to yacht and tour booking services in Phuket, Thailand and surrounding areas. We connect customers with independent service providers but do not operate yachts or tours directly. Services are available for half-day (4 hours), full-day (8 hours), and overnight bookings.

Registration is optional for customers but required for company owners and partners. Account holders must provide accurate information and update it as needed. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment processing and provider approval. Temporary booking locks expire after 30 minutes for yachts and 15 minutes for tours. All bookings include applicable taxes and fees. Island visits and additional services may incur extra charges.

Prices vary by season: LOW (May-October), HIGH (November-April), and PEAK (December-January). All prices include a 7% government tax. Currency conversion is for display only; actual charges are in Thai Baht. Extra guest fees apply when exceeding standard capacity.

We accept USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency payments on the TRC20 (Tron) network for instant booking confirmation. Payment process: (1) Select cryptocurrency payment method during checkout, (2) Send exact USDT amount to the provided wallet address within 20 minutes, (3) Transaction is automatically verified on the blockchain, (4) Booking is confirmed immediately upon successful verification. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable and irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. The exchange rate is locked at payment initiation and valid for 20 minutes. Network fees are paid by the sender. We do not store your wallet information. All blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded.

Our partner program allows registered users to earn commissions by referring customers. Partners receive a unique referral code that can be shared with potential customers. Commission eligibility: Customers must use the partner code during booking, commissions are calculated as a percentage of the company commission (default 10% of booking total), partner commission rates are individually set (default 20-50% of company commission). Commission approval: All commissions are automatically approved upon successful booking completion. Payment: Commissions are paid according to agreed payment schedules. Self-referral policy: Partners cannot use their own referral code for personal bookings or bookings made with their registered email address. Violations may result in commission forfeiture and account termination. Commission rates and terms may be modified with 30 days notice. Partners are responsible for applicable taxes on earned commissions.

Yacht companies and tour operators are independent contractors responsible for service quality, safety standards, insurance coverage, and regulatory compliance. They must maintain valid licenses and permits. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of their services. Media usage rights: By uploading media files (photos, videos, logos) to our platform, service providers grant us and our authorized partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This includes the right for our partners to use company media in their marketing materials, social media posts, websites, and advertising campaigns to promote their referral links and generate bookings. Service providers retain ownership of their media but acknowledge that partners may use this content to market their services through the platform.

Users must not misrepresent their identity, submit false bookings, violate any laws or regulations, harass service providers or other users, or attempt to circumvent our booking system. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

User-submitted content must be accurate and not infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and operational purposes.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be announced via email or platform notifications. Users should review terms regularly.
