How Can I Book a Yacht?
You can book a yacht directly on our website by clicking the (Book Now) button, where you'll be able to select your preferred yacht, date, and route. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service via phone or email for personalized assistance. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance during peak season.
What's Included in the Yacht Price?
Our yacht charter prices include the vessel rental, professional captain and crew, fuel for the standard itinerary, bottled water, fresh fruits, and use of onboard water toys (such as paddle boards and floating mats). Some packages also include lunch and non-alcoholic beverages. Additional services like premium meals, alcohol, extended routes, or special requests may incur extra charges.
What Happens in Case of Bad Weather?
Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe for sailing (strong winds, storms, or high waves), we will contact you in advance to offer rescheduling options or a full refund. For minor weather concerns, our experienced captains might suggest alternative routes that provide more shelter while still ensuring an enjoyable experience.
What Should I Bring on the Yacht Trip?
We recommend bringing swimwear, a change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light jacket (for evening trips), a camera, and any personal medications you might need. Towels are provided on board. We advise wearing non-marking, rubber-soled shoes or going barefoot while on the yacht. Please pack everything in soft bags rather than hard suitcases for easier storage.
Can We Customize the Yacht Tour?
Absolutely! One of the main advantages of private yacht charters is flexibility. While we offer recommended routes to popular destinations, we're happy to customize the itinerary based on your preferences. You can discuss your desired stops, activities, and time allocation with our booking team or directly with the captain. Please note that significant deviations from standard routes may affect fuel costs and tour duration.
When do I need to pay for my yacht booking?
A 100% prepayment is required to confirm your booking. Payment must be made immediately to secure the yacht for your selected date.
In which countries does the Platform operate?
The Platform makes available yacht and tour services in the destinations supported by the Company from time to time. The list of supported destinations is expanded on an ongoing basis and is reflected in the currently available inventory on the website. The list of countries and regions presented on the Platform at the time of booking shall constitute the authoritative record of destinations in which services are offered.
In which currency are prices shown and in which currency is payment effected?
Each yacht and tour is denominated in the official currency of the country in which the service is provided. For convenience, the User may choose to display amounts in an alternative currency using the currency switcher, in which case the displayed amount is indicative and non-binding. All financial settlements between the Company and its banking counterparties are effected exclusively in Thai Baht (THB); the Thai Baht amount constitutes the authoritative contractual price for the purposes of payment and accounting.
