User Agreement

By accessing and using our yacht and tour booking platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. This agreement governs your use of our website and all related booking services.

Our platform facilitates bookings between customers and yacht companies or tour operators. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual provision of yacht rentals or tour services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making bookings. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) with optional currency conversion for display purposes. A 7% tax is applied to all bookings. Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on seasonal rates (LOW, HIGH, PEAK seasons).

Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be clearly stated before booking confirmation. Refunds are subject to the specific terms of each yacht company or tour operator. We recommend reviewing cancellation terms carefully before completing your booking.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of yacht or tour services booked through our platform. Service providers are independent contractors and solely responsible for their services. Our liability is limited to the commission earned on bookings.

Partners participating in our affiliate program receive commissions based on successful bookings. Affiliate tracking uses cookies with a 30-day attribution window. Commission rates and payment terms are specified in separate affiliate agreements.

All content on our platform, including images, text, and design elements, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-submitted content grants us a license to use for promotional purposes.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Phuket, Thailand. This agreement is governed by Thai law.
